Fulton DA, the prosecution of which
has hence been derailed) presented enough evidence before Judge
Brian Amero to lead him to issue
an anti-spoilation order to preserve
all material related to the Fulton
County election. Later the same
judge heard expert testimony compelling enough to order the ballots
unsealed and audited.
Like most other lawsuits brought
by plaintiffs in Georgia challenging
the election, the legal standing of the
plaintiffs in Cheeley’s case was challenged. And the judge in the preservation matter ruled that plaintiffs did
not have standing to sue. In the end,
the Georgia Supreme Court ordered
that the plaintiffs did have standing.
That’s the reason why we allegedly
have preserved ballots that federal
authorities could seize.
Every significant other legal
effort related to the Georgia 2020
elections and Fulton County was
not rejected on their merits, but on
a lack of standing. Affidavits by observers and others have never been
examined in any true legal contest
brought by any plaintiff.
Trump Case Never Tried in Fulton
One of the most significant lawsuits that was brought by Trump to
challenge the 2020 election was never brought to trial. It had hundreds of
pages of affidavits and evidence, but
the case was never tried in Fulton
County Superior Court. All the judges recused themselves.
I previously said “allegedly
preserved ballots” only because
those ballots were moved from their
original storage location to a new
building. While that’s not a break in
the chain of custody of the evidence
ordered to be examined, it is at least
a hiccup. There are issues of whether all the digitally scanned votes exist, and some internet chatter about
missing boxes that has not been
substantiated.
Within the last few months, the
Fulton County attorney herself has
admitted that 315,000 votes were
not properly verified. Whoa! (Officials
claimed it was a “technicality.” Debunkers strike again!)
In any event the FBI and Justice
Department have a chance to use
their resources to try to determine if
the 2020 election in Fulton County
was filled with fraud or incompetence. Or not. But one thing is for
sure, very little has really been debunked. From allegations of flat and
not creased absentee ballots being
run through the machines and all
filled out for Joe Biden, to issues of
not checking signatures on absentee envelopes, it should all get a fair
examination.
Finally, I’m willing to bet one
thing. Something and some amount,
whether it is the mail-in envelopes,
or the ballots, or the digital copies
will be missing. And if I am wrong, I
will correct myself!
